Do you know that feeling? You really think you do something good and it turns to be a nightmare?.. It is a long story but I feel like that at the moment, and it is not cool at all :(

Nothing quite news lately.. We've been away quite often, Montreal for shopping, visiting friends, visit here and there... But I always find time to shoot something. Here is my new ones. Enjoy!... Few more to come from the same shootings.

Few images from this week-end shootings. We had two, Two, yes... normally I'm not able to shoot 2 days in a row but... I'd to. However, I'm really happy with both shootings. It was quite fun, lot of preparation as usual and of course, today, I'm exhausted. I've started to process some, I'm happy with the result. Shooting in the new space is stressing me quite a lot, I'm not used to work there, I'm not used to work with low ceilings, however the light was not bad at all to be honest. I'll get use to it one day, lol I do hope. 

Winter is arriving soon, soo we called a company to look at our fireplaces before using them. We had a really bad news. They are not usable at all. We have to replace both of them. Quite very dissapointed. The seller told us they were in good shape and usable, anyway... maybe we'll change only one this year, we don't know yet. Also, while they were looking at the chimney, they saw that our roof need an urgent repair. The water is coming inside the walls and it can be very dangerous for our ceilings (they said it can fell on our heads one day :O). We need to repair it right now. Now, we don,t know anymore if we are going to be able to affort Istanbul. We'll wait a little before booking. Well it is the ups and downs to be an owner...

Oh yes, already Xmas time for stock. Here is few pix, much more to come later next week! I'm too busy with many things to process more.... unfortunately...

Here our 2 new friends at the studio. 2 more of their friends will arrive in a couple of weeks, they are on the way ;) They are very nice, quiet and very patient, I just like them. In the studio all white, those friends are just cool! I'm going to have fun with them, they are very useful for set the light etc... 

The return to my normal life is... of course hard as usual. First, this new home, even after 3 months, I'm not use to it and it seems that it is not yet my own house, except the first floor, where is my studio, that looks more like me. Yesterday we went to shop, well.. shop ;) we went to Montreal to browse only, but we, of course, stopped by Lozeau (the camera store) where I've bought some new reflectors that I love. Very big, with a stand, now no need an assistant to hold them. We also stopped by Ikea, as usual, to bought many little things for photos and for the house. Yes, back to normal is hard lol...
