Few summer images. With the weather we had this year, we were not able to shoot any images outdoors. Always cold or rain. Finally, summer was there when we came back from Calgary. I did some, first those one and a camping serie (I had bought these props in May, and never I've been able to setup because of that bad summer)

Back from Calgary since one week now. It is always kind of difficult after an event or a travel to get back to the real day life. It was so fun to see again my friends (last time was last year) and to meet new ones. So many nice people and very talented ones, really I'm proud to be part of this community! 

Here is some pix from the HQlypse. I've few... it is always difficult, at least for me, to shoot surrounded by people, to do an image in a short time, not easy even to think to get a nice concept.. but.. it is my fault. I'm a very insecure person, stressed and I freeze... I just cannot. I've to work on myself because it is a good challenge for me to get use to work under pressure and stress. And I do love these events. Next time, I would like to rock big time! Also, working fast like this with the Hasselblad was not a very good move (lol I took the risk to use it but to be honest, next time I'm going to use the 5D markII.. too bad though, the hassel quality is incomparable but... it is a too slow focus camera for these events. The very last day, in the afternoon, I shooted with the 5D and really, it saved my event lol... 

Well that is it for now, I've few more to process, I'll post some quite soon.

It's already time to go to Calgary. We are leaving today for a couple of week. I've many little things to do today. Shop for cat's food, pouring plants, doing a list for the person who is staying at the house, etc.... We must arrive quite late though, around midnight (2am for us), I hope I'll fell asleep in the plane. 

I'm not bringing lot of gears. I feel to travel light as usual. Only one lens and a camera. The Hassel zoom is too heavy to carry all day, the 50mm will be my lens for the event, that's all.

Tomorrow in Calgary it is an holliday, not here though, if yes, I never hear it was an holliday. I don't know what we'll be doing, I was sure to start working at the office tomorrow hahahha. well, we'll rest and relax.

The weather, if I look at meteomedia.com, looks horrible for the next days in Calgary. Cold, rain, hope it will change.. with the summer we had here last july, I need, really, hot warm weather and lot of sun.
